What You Will Get in the Usui/Holy Fire III® Level 1 & 2 Reiki Training

Combines lecture, discussion, attunements, meditations and experiential practice in a well organized, but relaxed program. This beginning training is one of the most thorough and comprehensive available. It includes both Reiki I & II and is a combination of the Western style as introduced by Mrs. Takata, the Japanese Reiki Techniques and the Holy Fire® healing energy. On completion of the class, you will be able to give Reiki treatments to yourself and others. This course includes:

  • The origin and history of Reiki, the nature of Reiki energy, why people get sick and how Reiki heals.

  • Placements for I & II; Reiki II symbols: How to draw, activate and use them. Practice time is given. Students learn to sending Reiki at a distance.

  • The Reiki Ideals, the Human Energy System, the complete hand placement system.

  • Gassho meditation, Byosen Scanning, Reiji-Ho, Kenyoku: Dry bathing, Gyoshi-ho: Sending Reiki with the eyes.

She offers Intuitive Angel Oracle Card readings (and recently, Essential Oil Oracle Card Readings), and is excited to introduce her very own newly published Oracle cards – Take Back Your Power Oracle Guidance Cards! The Divine messages in her cards offer readers loving guidance from Spirit to help master the flow of energy to live a life of abundance and joy. Her knowledge of energy flow and spiritual vibration allows for an empathic understanding of the challenges others face internally and in their surroundings. Empowered with the wisdom from a vibrant and robust journey (thus far), Lygia has developed a loving passion and purpose to help in the healing process of all individuals and the planet.
