Whenever you choose! All of the online courses are designed to be completely self paced which means that you can work through at a pace that suits you. You can start, stop, pause and resume as and when your time and business needs require. There are a few courses that are live, and those dates will be marked clearly in the course heading!

Great question! There's a common misconception that online courses *should* be video based. When creating our classes we put a lot of thought into creating a very clear outcome for the class and delivering a syllabus that will get our participants to that outcome in the most efficient, inspiring and productive way possible. We work closely with an educational consultant to plan our content and you'll find that we use a mixture of narrated presentations, written content, downloads, quizzes and video content where appropriate. Whilst the emphasis in my classes is very much on inspiration, ultimately we are mindful that you are investing in our classes to get results. The students who return time and again to new classes do so because they trust our approach and enjoy the process.

We've put loads of effort into making the courses uplifting, inspiring and energising for you and there's some seriously heavyweight content that we can make light work of. The honest truth is that there is no shortcut to enlightenment. There's no one size fits all formula. No magic bullet that can do the thinking for you. Your personal journey requires effort on your part, and that means that as well as learning new things, you need to undertake exercises, think creatively, brainstorm and let your ideas run wild.

Thank you for asking. Due to their digital nature, all classes in the academy are non refundable. Please look at the course curriculum for each class before enrolling and if you're at all unsure, email us prior to signing up. We have absolute confidence that if you work through each lesson you'll get tons of value for money and the outcome you need. If you are unsatisfied with a course, we would be happy to offer you an additional course at no charge.

First, you must be a Yoga Alliance registered Yoga Teacher. If you meet that qualification and are registered, please email us and we will walk you through the process. All courses qualify for continuing education credit units.

Although we can not offer them to everyone, we do have a compassion program in which we can offer a discount to those in financial distress. If you are in need of this, please reach out to us on the contact page. Your financial situation should never hold you back from perusing your spiritual journey. We aim to offer our courses and the most affordable prices, while covering our overhead.

All materials (some courses supply a manual/handouts) will be available in an electronic format and provided within the course (if applicable). Those that specify "mailed out materials" will be shipped directly to you.

All courses provide certificates of completion. Certification courses will provide additional certificates from Insight Global for the certification level attained.
